MODELO COMUNICACIONAL ASERTIVO DIRIGIDO
AL MANEJO CONSTRUCTIVO DE CONFLICTOS

La investigación se propuso como objetivo,
generar una aproximación a un modelo
sistémico comunicacional asertivo dirigido al manejo constructivo de conflictos
caso de estudio Grupo Escolar “24 de Junio”. Es de naturaleza cuantitativa,
enmarcada en un proyecto factible y con apoyo en un diseño de tipo descriptivo
y de campo. La población estuvo conformada por (6) directivos y 109 docentes, a
quienes se le realizo un muestreo simple aleatorio. Para la recolección de la
información se utilizó un cuestionario dirigido al personal directivo y
docente, con un total de veinticinco (25) ítems de opciones dicotómicas. La
validez del instrumento se realizó a través del Juicio de experto y para la
confiabilidad se aplicó el método de
Kuder Richarson mediante una prueba
piloto a un 33% de la población. El análisis de los resultados se realizo con
la interpretación de la frecuencia absoluta y porcentual de los ítems. El
resultado más importante es que los miembros de la institución admiten la
necesidad un Modelo Sistémico Comunicacional Asertivo dirigido al manejo
constructivo de los conflictos.

Abstract
Assertive Communicational Systemic Model Directed to the Constructive
Handling of Conflicts Case of Study School Group "June 24"
The
investigation intended as objective, to generate an approach to a assertive
communicational systemic model directed to the constructive handling of
conflicts case of study School Group "June 24" it is of quantitative
nature, framed in a feasible project and with support in a design of
descriptive type and of field. The population was conformed by (6) head
teachers and 109 teachers to who is carried out a random simple sampling. For
the gathering of the information a questionnaire was used directed to the
directive and educational personnel, with a total of twenty-five (25) items of
options dichotomists. The validity of the instrument was performed using
judgment expert and reliability pilot test was applied to 33% of the
population. The reliability pilot was performed by the method of Kuder Richardson
The analysis of the results one carries out with the interpretation of the
absolute and percentage frequency of the articles. The most important result is
that the members of the institution admit the necessity a Assertive Communicational
Systemic Model directed to the constructive handling of the conflicts.
